Start Service / New Member Application
To start service, click on Start Service Application below or download the Membership Agreement PDF and return via mail to P.O. Box 319, Savannah, MO 64468. Once your membership application has been received, a soft credit check will be done. Shortly after, a member service representative will contact you to let you know if a deposit will be required to start service.
Stop or Transfer Service
Use the link below to request to stop or transfer an existing service if you are planning to move. 24 hours advanced notice is required. Requests will be processed the next business day.
Need to Update Your Account?
To update your account contact information, sign in to the SmartHub. Please note that this is not the form to change account ownership, the primary name on the account, or to transfer service to another individual or business. To change account ownership, an account must be closed and opened with a different name.
