To start service, click on Start Service Application below or download the Membership Agreement PDF and return via mail to P.O. Box 319, Savannah, MO 64468. Once your membership application has been received, a soft credit check will be done. Shortly after, a member service representative will contact you to let you know if a deposit will be required to start service.

Update Account

To update your account contact information, sign in to the https://ueci.smarthub.coop/ui/#/loginonline billing portal. Please note that this is not the form to change account ownership, the primary name on the account, or to transfer service to another individual or business. To change account ownership, an account must be closed and opened with a different name.

Conveniently access all of the member forms you need in order to change something on your account. Just fill out any of these forms and return them to our Maryville or Savannah locations or email them to contact@ueci.coop
